Roman Plate brooch. A very good condition bronze wheel brooch, with eight small lugs around the outer edge and a four spoke design in the centre. 1st Century AD. See Hattatt No 1004 for similar. 38 mm diameter. Complete with pin and much of the bright tinned surface.
