The obverse legend reads FR FR in error for BR FR, and the coin lacks Falconer's initial. A similar coin, possibly from the same dies, is listed by A B Richardson, Catalogue of the Scottish Coins in the National Museum of Antiquities, Edinburgh, No.62. See also BNJ XXXIX, pp. 139-140.
