Anglo‑Saxon Zoomorphic Mount. Circa 5th–6th Century A.D. Rectangular copper‑alloy mount engraved with four back‑to‑back stylised horse heads. The surface retains almost 100% of its original heavy tinning/silvering. Two fixing pins remain on the reverse, indicating attachment to leather. North Yorkshire. 23 mm × 13 mm.
